How do I choose a size?
Measure your wrist with a flexible tape or a strip of paper. Choose S/M for a wrist circumference of 14–17 cm, or M/L for 17–20 cm. Both sizes use an adjustable sliding cord knot. At 17 cm, either option fits the recommended range.
What are the bracelets made from?
Our collection uses natural hemp cord. Wooden Accents styles also feature one natural wooden bead. The product page lists the material and approximate dimensions for each design.
Can I wear my bracelet in water?
Avoid soaking the cord or wooden details. Remove it before swimming or showering. Follow the product-specific care instructions and let a damp bracelet air dry.
Where do you ship?
The 50 United States and Washington, D.C. U.S. territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is free on all supported U.S. orders. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch: an estimated 4–6 business days in total from the applicable processing start.
What happens after the cutoff or on weekends?
Our cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 year-round. Orders at or after cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays begin the handling calculation on the next business day.
How much tax is shown?
Checkout displays tax as $0.00. This is not a legal tax-exemption claim.
Can I return a bracelet?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Authorized returns go to our company address in France. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover returns caused by our error, damage or a defect. No restocking fee applies.
When is a refund issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Bank or payment-provider posting may take additional time.
